SUNDAY LINE UP
Close out the weekend with a psychedelic journey through sound. Sunday’s lineup is a tribute to the spirit of the Grateful Dead and the legacy of jam bands that keep the groove alive. THE OTHER ONES
GRATEFUL DEAD TRIBUTE BAND
The Other Ones formed in 2023 on the North Shore of Oʻahu when a group of friends realized they all had instruments, bad ideas, and enough free time to argue about song arrangements.
They’ve been bickering through rehearsals ever since — fueled by a healthy mix of beer, whisky, bong hits, and creative differences.
While practice is mostly chaos, something magical happens on stage. Their live shows are the main event: loud, loose, and way better than they have any right to be. The Other Ones love playing in front of their friends more than anything in the world.
You might find Geoff on top of a mountain playing banjo, Brandon in the mosh pit at a punk show, Paul in a barrel at Holten’s (or 15ft underwater after a wipeout), Matt in the parking lot of a Phish show, or Steve reffing adult league soccer games yelling at grown men (he does bring his whistle to the gigs!) Or, if the stars align, you’ll find them all together around a barbecue — swapping stories, talking shit, and laughing way too hard.
